2021 Notice of Tax Sale

NOTICE OF TAX SALE

 

The following properties will be sold at Tax Sale on Monday, September 27th, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers of the Village of Granisle, #1 Village Square, under Section 403 of the Local Government Act and Section 5 of the Manufactured Home Tax Act.  The Tax Sale will be conducted by public auction of the lands and improvements in the list set out below.

 

The following properties will be sold Monday, September 27th, 2021 unless the delinquent taxes plus interest are paid prior to the tax sale.

These properties will be offered for auction with the upset price being the minimum price accepted.  Purchasers of the tax sale property should note that the sale is not final, as the property is subject to redemption by the owner until September 27, 2022.  If the property is redeemed by the owner, the tax sale purchase price, plus interest, will be returned to the purchaser.
